Should You Meet a Ukrainian Woman Living in Canada… or One Still in Ukraine?

And honestly, it makes perfect sense.

Men Are Pragmatic — and They’re Right

When a man decides to rebuild his life, he doesn’t want unnecessary complications.

He wants:

• Fewer logistics
• Less uncertainty
• Easier organization

At first glance, a Ukrainian woman already living in Canada seems like the perfect solution:

• Immigration issues are already solved
• Administrative procedures are done
• She often speaks some English or French
• She already knows the country
• And let’s be honest between men: the meeting feels more immediate, more concrete

On paper, it looks ideal.
All the advantages of a traditional Slavic woman — without the constraints.

But now, let’s stop dreaming.

After 12 Years in This Business, Here Is the Reality

I’m going to be very direct, even if it surprises you.

If I suddenly found myself single again, in the same position as my male clients…
I would choose only Ukrainian women who are still living in Ukraine.

Why?

Because experience teaches you things that newcomers simply don’t see at first.

First Critical Mistake: Massive Competition

A Ukrainian woman already living in Canada is extremely in demand.

Why?

Because every man thinks exactly the same way you do.

As a result:

• She receives a very high number of requests
• She is constantly solicited
• She knows perfectly well that she is rare and highly desirable

And there is one thing that is terrible for a single man: excessive competition.

When the number of competitors exceeds a certain level, you are no longer a man making a choice.
You become an applicant waiting in line.

And when your turn finally comes, be prepared for conditions and demands.

“If She Lives in Canada, It Means She Loves Canada” — Really?

I’m not convinced by that argument at all.

Ukrainian women didn’t leave their country because they dreamed of Canada or North America.
They left because of war.

They went where:

• There was safety
• There was available space
• Administrative solutions existed

If she lives in Canada today, it means she escaped a war zone.
Not that she dreams of building her life in Canada.

That’s an important distinction.

Why I Would Choose a Woman Still Living in Ukraine

The reasons are numerous.

A Ukrainian woman who has remained in Ukraine is generally:

• Less demanding
• More traditional
• Strongly marriage-oriented
• Less influenced by Western feminist ideology
• Not damaged by dating apps like Tinder

Most importantly, a woman who decides today to leave Ukraine — after four years of war — does not do so to “escape”.

She does it to build a life as a couple.

That detail changes everything.

Personally, I am conservative by temperament.
And there is a very high probability that a woman who stayed in Ukraine shares that mindset.
