Pay Per Letter (PPL) Dating Scams
Why thousands of men still get trapped — and how to avoid it for good
Every week, during CQMI live sessions, I repeat the same warning.
And every week, new men fall into the trap.
Pay Per Letter (PPL) dating sites are not an unfortunate mistake or a bad experience.
? They are a global love-scam industry, extremely professional, psychologically sophisticated — and now powered by artificial intelligence.
If you are a single or divorced man from France, Belgium, Canada, or the United States, and you sincerely want to build a real life with a Ukrainian woman, this article may save you thousands of dollars and months — even years — of emotional illusion.
The PPL system: a machine designed to drain male emotions
The concept is simple:
- you pay per message,
- per letter,
- per photo,
- per “emotion”.
They call it Pay Per Letter.
I call it paying to fantasize.
These platforms generate nearly 1 billion USD per year.
This is not amateur fraud.
? These are international groups, extremely wealthy, often based outside Ukraine, employing psychologists, marketers… and now AI-driven chat systems.
Everything is designed for one goal only:
to keep you locked inside the system.
- Emails are hidden
- Phone numbers are censored with stars
- Any attempt to move to real contact is blocked
- And of course, banners everywhere saying “This is NOT a scam”
Louis from Quebec: over $5,000 lost
Louis (name changed here), a serious, intelligent, hardworking man from Quebec.
Not naive.
Not desperate.
Yet he fell into the trap.
? Over $5,000 CAD spent on a PPL site.
Months of messages.
Promises.
Future plans.
When he came to see me, I explained exactly how the system works.
He wanted answers. Then justice.
He even traveled to Ukraine with a private investigator.
The result?
? Useless.
The owners are not Ukrainian.
They operate abroad.
Untouchable.

When a real woman becomes an avatar — without knowing it
A real story.
A Ukrainian woman we know very well.
She previously worked at CQMI.
Perfect French. No accent.
One day, men start writing to us:
“I’m already talking to her on another site.”
Except…
? She has never heard of them.
Her photos were stolen.
Her identity duplicated.
And behind the screen?
An operator… or an AI.
When we contact her, she is shocked.
She discovers that “she” is seducing men she has never met.
AI: the next acceleration of romance scams
A loyal CQMI live-session listener recently shared his experience.
Out of curiosity, he clicks on an ad.
Creates a profile.
And suddenly… an avalanche of messages.
Beautiful women.
Very available.
Too available.
Some quickly propose virtual sexual exchanges.
At least, he said, you know where your money goes…
But the real danger is elsewhere.
? The moment he mentions CQMI,
? the moment he talks about real contact,
? the moment he sends a screenshot of a real CQMI profile…
Silence.
Or instant disconnection.
The avatar no longer knows how to respond.
Why PPL sites are so effective
Because they exploit:
- male loneliness
- fear of rejection
- ego
- fantasy
- the comfort of unreality
As this listener perfectly summarized:
“It’s more comfortable to live in a virtual world where everything is easy than to face the reality of a real woman.”
What Ukrainian women at CQMI are really looking for
Let me be absolutely clear.
The Ukrainian women we work with:
- are not looking for one-night stands
- are not looking for virtual relationships
- are not here to boost your ego
? They are looking for a serious man who wants to:
- commit
- build
- marry
- create a lifelong union
If you are not serious, please do not apply.
You will waste your time.
And theirs.
CQMI’s “secret sauce” (and why it upsets competitors)
Our most effective program is not the most expensive.
Actually, it’s the opposite.
? €250 for 1 month,
? 10 real contacts with women genuinely interested,
? no pay-per-message,
? no AI,
? no avatars.
Why does it work?
Because:
- the women are screened
- intentions are clear from day one
- and most importantly… we exit useless virtual fantasy immediately
This is the exact opposite of PPL sites.
And that’s why they hate us.
Final takeaway (no judgment)
It is far more intelligent to:
- verify if you can attract a real woman
- work on your personal blocks
- accept the challenge of reality
Rather than paying for comfortable illusions.
Marriage with a Ukrainian woman is possible,
but not without seriousness,
not without maturity,
and certainly not through avatars.
